2. Booking and Reservations

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation from the venue.
• A booking is considered confirmed only after payment has been processed successfully.
• The customer is responsible for providing accurate booking details including date, time, number of guests, and event type.
• Booking modifications are subject to venue approval and may incur additional charges.
• Minimum and maximum guest capacity requirements must be adhered to as per venue policies.

3. Payment Terms

• Full payment or a deposit is required at the time of booking as specified by the venue.
• All payments are processed securely through our payment gateway.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
• Additional charges may apply for extra services, additional guests, or overtime usage.
• Refund policies vary by venue and will be communicated at the time of booking.

4. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or through the booking portal.
• Refund eligibility depends on the timing of cancellation relative to the event date:
• Cancellation 30+ days before event: Full refund minus processing fee
• Cancellation 15-29 days before event: 50% refund
• Cancellation 7-14 days before event: 25% refund
• Cancellation less than 7 days before event: No refund
• No-shows will not be eligible for any refund.
• Some venues may have different cancellation policies which will be clearly communicated.

5. Venue Responsibilities

• The venue shall provide the booked space in clean and presentable condition.
• Basic amenities as listed in the venue description will be provided.
• The venue shall inform the customer of any maintenance or renovations that may affect the booking.
• Venue shall adhere to all safety regulations and maintain necessary licenses.
• Any changes to venue details will be communicated to the customer promptly.

6. Customer Responsibilities

• Customers must treat the venue property with respect and care.
• Any damage to venue property caused by the customer or their guests will be charged accordingly.
• Customers must comply with venue rules regarding noise, decorations, and timings.
• The customer is responsible for obtaining necessary permits for their event if required.
• All event-related activities must conclude by the agreed time to avoid additional charges.

7. Event Guidelines

• Events must conclude by the stipulated end time as per venue regulations.
• Decoration items must be removed after the event unless otherwise agreed.
• Use of candles, fireworks, or any fire-hazard items is prohibited unless approved by the venue.
• Music and noise levels must be maintained within permissible limits as per local regulations.
• Catering services must be arranged through the venue or with venue-approved vendors.

8. Liability and Disclaimers

• We act as a platform connecting customers with venue providers and are not liable for any disputes between parties.
• We are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal property during the event.
• Venue providers are responsible for their own insurance and liability coverage.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy of venue descriptions and recommend verifying details directly.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for violations of these terms.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

We collect and process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information for booking purposes and communication with venue providers.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this platform including images, descriptions, and logos are the property of respective venue owners or our platform. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

11. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control including natural disasters, government actions, or pandemic-related restrictions. In such cases, alternative arrangements or refunds will be facilitated.

12. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the venue is located. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through appropriate legal channels.

13. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
